Billing: Management of the billing process from coding to collection. The use of  outsourced billing allows hospitals to better focus on their core competency while also enjoying the core competencies of contract billing and collection.

Work Flow: Work flow examines the flow of information through the hospital, focusing on relationships and boundaries that are traditionally responsible for much of the errors that ultimately lead to miscoding and lower revenue.
